Working independently and together in groups, pupils spent the day programming Sphero robots, completing Micro:bit programming challenges and then solved a ‘Cyber Hackathon.’

Our pupils said: "I liked all of it, especially coding on the microbits. It gave me an insight into careers that I may choose in the future."

"I liked how we were allowed to work at our own pace with guidance when we needed it. I like how all the activities were well organised."

By using logic to solve puzzles and improving their teamworking skills, students have been inspired into future digital and technology careers.
