Mrs Marshall was invited to Buckingham Palace for a special event to celebrate people working in education.

Mrs Marshall has been working with The PTI since 2014. The PTI exists to offer subject based Continued Professional Development to teachers that enhances our curriculums and shares best practice. During her involvement with The PTI, Mrs Marshall has led CPD days, online courses, Saturday courses for newly qualified teachers and is now the Department Development Coordinator across all subjects after having led the MFL strand since 2018.

Mrs Marshall said: "It was an amazing day. The King was very generous with his time and we spoke about the importance of offering modern foreign languages in schooI and how I find working with the PTI enriching for me and it has really enhanced my main role at LRGS; to continue to develop our curriculums and the opportunities that we offer our students."
