The rise of degree apprenticeships is one of the most exciting features of the post-18 landscape.  Aside from the financial incentive, the best motivation comes from individuals keen to contribute straightaway in business and work with all-age teams. The mindset is to “get to the future first”! The opportunities are extremely attractive when the fit is right – so they are also highly competitive. 

It has been excellent to see LRGS students’ considerable success in recent years. Congratulations to those who have gone on to brilliant degree apprenticeships with Rolls-Royce, BT, the Ministry of Defence, Dyson Institute, BAE, EDF, Linklaters and Deutsche Bank amongst others. 

Unifrog will be a starting point, but unlike UCAS there are multiple deadlines and pathways. The process may include video submissions and interactive assessments. It will be time-consuming and demanding! Our ambition at LRGS is to give the very best support to every student in their chosen future pathways. Go for it!
