InspirUS is two

Tonight the school held a birthday party for InspirUS.  It was two years ago that this innovative programme first opened its doors to the primary school youngsters across Lancaster.  Since then, it has included over 600 local children, with 48 of the 53 schools involved.

The party was for headteachers and teaching staff, along with some of the children plus parents, and a good time was had by all.  There were opportunities to walk through a sheet of A4 paper, grow and shrink rabbits, try plate-spinning, learn a card trick and eat cake.  We also sang Happy Birthday.

It was also a great opportunity to say thank you to our two major sponsors, Kevin Roberts and Stan Hilling.
