Celebrating City View

The official opening of the City View building was a most enjoyable affair.  Details of the precursor to the event, in the form of the LRGS Sticky Toffee Pudding Supreme Champion contest, can be found in the News section.  My thanks go to our celebrity judges Rob Mason (Quite Simply French), Charlotte White (Cartmel Sticky Toffee Company) and Andrew Wildsmith (OL - Hipping Hall). 

Then the current Chair of Governors Gill Manklow invited her predecessor John Holland to perform the opening honours, and to unveil the commemoration plaque.  It was a humble but fitting tribute to his years of shrewd leadership.
